For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and don not return thither, but water the earth and make it bring forth and bud and so give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be, which goes forth from My mouth; it shall not come back to Me uselessly, but it shall do what I purpose and accomplish what I commissioned it.
