Federal judge rules 2 Patriot Act provisions unconstitutional


At last someone is standing up for our constitution and the rights it provides. This is one of the most significant decisions made in recent years. Expect Bush to appeal. Don't be surprised if his hand picked judicial appointees try to repay him by overturning this decision.

If there are no constraints upon search, seizure and incarceration without charge, we have tyranny by default.
