Scripture Passage for the Day


And while Jews request signs and Greeks search for wisdom, we on our part preach the crucified Christ; an obstacle to the Jews and folly to the Gentiles, but to the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ, God's power and God's wisdom. Because the folly that has its source in God surpasses human wisdom and the weakness that springs from God surpasses human strength.
